The Cosmopolitan is a luxury resort casino and hotel adjacent to the Bellagio on Las Vegas Boulevard. The $3.9 billion project features 3,027 rooms, a 110,000 sq ft casino, 300,000 sq ft retail and restaurant space, a 40,000 sq ft spa and fitness facility, a 3,200-seat theater, and 150,000 sq ft of meeting and convention space.
